This is to introduce our self as one of the quality manufacture in India who deals with various types of close Die Forging, & Machined Components , Sharda Forging & Stamping (P) Ltd. Is incorporation in 1983 by Lath Shri P.K.Sharda , who had a vast experience in this field. Sharda Forging has 14000 Sq. Yds. Land in UPSIDC industrial Area , Sahibabad only 12 Km from Delhi. The plants is well layout in to seven segments . Forge Shop , Tool Room , Heat Treatment Shop , Powerhouse , Office Blocks , Laboratory Complex , CNC’s & VMC’s Shop . Company has installed capacity of around 3600 metric tons in full self contained with modern facilities for tools & die Manufacturing. Our Plant & machinery would give you a glimpse of such facilities & capabilities available with us . A dedicate team of experienced engineers & Technicians are working had to supply quality . We undertake 100gms. To 65 Kg. Job as per customer requirements.
Product Range
We are manufactures of forging in Alloys steel & stainless steel in the range like automobiles parts, Flanges, mining equipments, Railway parts, Varity of eye hooks & all types of Gear Forging, Bearing Housing, Studs Axle, Hammer Union, shafts, Connecting Rod and all other related Gas & Petrochemical, chemical components .
Die Shop
A complete computerized Tool Room linked to 3D CAD / CAM Workstations for making dies & equipped Die-shop with HMT, FN3V, TOSS Milling & VMC duly supported by CAD / CAM technology.
Forge Shop
Equipped with MPM Hammer and Trimming Press & Oil fired furnace fitted with temperature controller.
Machine Shop / CNC's & VMC's
Fully equipped precision machine shop with VMC's ( Machining center ), Vertical milling machine Heavy-duty, light-duty lathes & Bandsaw cutting machine, CNC's, Machining / Turning Centers & Broaching machines.
Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment Facilities for Normalizing, Hardening, Gas carburising,Tempering, Carban Nitriding and Iso Thermal Annealing.
